A growing family is always a wonderful reason to schedule family photos, but so is a new home!
This sweet family was celebrating two big milestones at once: making memories in a new space while capturing this season of life together. I’m so grateful they trusted me to document such meaningful moments for their family.

Do you ever find yourself behind the camera and just thinking, wow? This young woman made her senior session feel effortless with her confidence, beauty, and completely being herself in front of the camera!
One of my favorite parts of this session was that she brought along her mom, best friend, and even her cat, which made the whole experience even more fun and meaningful. The people (and pets!) who make you feel comfortable and bring out your best can make your photos feel even more authentic.
Your session doesn’t have to be just about taking pictures, it can be about creating memories and celebrating this season of life with the people who matter most.
Maybe it’s because I’m a mom myself, but I truly think kids have some of the very best smiles, and this kiddo is no exception! 😊
He’s always up for anything, brings such great energy to every session, and always helps make the magic happen. He even steps in behind the camera to help me capture that Mom and Dad photo we all know is so important (and so often forgotten!).

Chasing kiddos around during sessions is one of my favorite parts, and they always surprise us with the sweetest smiles and the most perfect little poses when we least expect it.
These boys were such great sports and gave Dad the perfect photo for his wall. You could say we captured a few fast moments… but at the end of the day, it’s all about family. 😉🏁
